Coevo is a wine which carries all the features of the heart of the Chianti Classico together with those of the Maremma. Six years after its birth, it continues to represent the family Cecchi synthesis of a journey deep into the company’s history. Andrea and Cesare represent the fourth generation of the centuries-old wine cellar, and they have strongly wanted this wine to give a turn signal in the wine history of the brand.

A very important meeting has held at the end of September to present, for the first time to the press and to the catering, all five vintages produced: 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011. The event was divided in two parts, one technical and vocational education linked to tasting, and one convivial, and it was staged at multi conceptual space of Mari & Co. Technical tasting was led by Andrea Cecchi with Alessandro Tomberli, restaurant manager and sommelier of Enoteca Pinchiorri. Together they analyzed all facets of the five years of Coevo. Dinner however was edited by Valeria Piccini Tuscan chef, very well known tuscan chef.
