Here, you are Perrier-Jouët with its First Ephemeral Champagne Cuvée. Belle Epoque Edition Première. An ode to the season of flowering, so dear to the Maison. This is a limited edition, just 480 bottles in Italy, a distribution among France and Japan. Because it is presented as the champagne to enjoy when good weather arrives…

True to the philosophy of the House, the Cellar Master Hervé Deschamps drew his inspiration from the beauty of nature in order to develop a vintage, in the same way that one would compose a bouquet of flowers. This the reason why this Cuvée tastes like the delicate scents of the Maison Belle Epoque garden, the Perrier-Jouët historical residence.

By this way, Hervé Deschamps created a rare and elegant vintage, with a fruit-accented great freshness giving delicate attention to the Chardonnay, Perrier- Jouët’s grape of choice.

Describing the wine, Hervé Deschamps said: “The Belle Epoque Edition Première cuvée is the unique expression of a vintage champagne, one that is to taste exclusively during spring. Floral, stylish and diamond-cut, the champagne echoes the excellence of the Perrier-Jouët terroir, and delicacy of the Chardonnay, the House’s elected grape.

The Belle Epoque Edition Première cuvée is blended from Chardonnay Grands Crus selected for their elegance, freshness and vivacity; to which a small percentage of Pinot Noir is added, giving this vintage wine a pale pink hue with shades of peach.

The wine’s incredible luminosity and color are revealed through the clear glass bottle decorated with the iconic anemones created by Emile Gallé in 1902.

A limited edition cuvée that will prove to be the muse of every garden party and the ideal companion to light and delicate dishes.
