The prestigious Don Lisander restaurant is offering its customers a unique opportunity. Starting on Sunday 31st May, the historic establishment at Via Manzoni 12, custodian of the finest local food and wine heritage and a charming site located in the heart of Milan, will set up an Electrolux “Libero Point” open-air kitchen right at the entrance to its enchanting summer courtyard, with views over the garden of Casa Trivulzio with its majestic centuries-old trees. Here, through 15th June, exciting cooking shows will take place, preparing the legendary risotto giallo alla milanese, the pride of the Don Lisander, which has always chosen to use only the finest products for its proposals. The risotto will be offered to connoisseurs of the Don Lisander’s delicacies, served in tumblers along with a flute of “LA FUITA” Prosecco di Valdobbiadene.
