This is the magic of Veuve Clicquot, a Champagne House that can thrill with its Cuvées but also communicate in different cultural contexts, revealing its passion for design. During the recent Milan Design Week, it expressed its sparkling identity through the metallic “Veuve Clicquot Tower” installation designed by Luca Trazzi, the architect and designer behind the rooms of beHouse 2015.
A symbol of an exclusive, timeless art de vivre, the Veuve Clicquot Tower has freely reinterpreted the design of the champagne bottle. On display until 24th May in the Università degli Studi’s 17th century great courtyard, it holds legendary bottles, guarding the dream of such a bold woman as Madame Clicquot as well as the symbols of her House.
The Veuve Clicquot Tower is a tribute to a champagne which, still today, is the fruit of the labour of men and women united in their love for the land, but also the result of a focus on the world of design, seen as creative inspiration.
It’s been in Veuve Clicquot’s DNA ever since its first legendary bubbles.
