Is renewed on December the 3th with Top of the Mountains the annual tastefully Skiing event, initiative share honoring excellence in mountain areas bringing on stage the best chefs of the most popular ski destinations: Lech-Zürs and Kitzbühel in Austria, St. Moritz and Gstaad in Switzerland, Courchevel in France, Aspen in Colorado, Sochio in Russia and Almaty in Kazakhstan. Scenario of the event in Alta Badia, in the snowy peaks of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Scheduled on 11 December the traditional Gourmet Ski Safari, which will see the starred cuisine of Alta Badia along with international chefs, delight with their creations skiers in mountain huts, at 2,000 meters of altitude. Throughout the winter season, then, you can taste the recipe that will make each chef inspired to their own land, made from high quality natural ingredients, which will be paired with a wine from Alto Adige. From January 22 to 25 will be the turn of Care’s, the second edition of the new chef Norbert project Niederkofler and Paul Ferretti. Also returning with six appointments “Sommelier on track” and on March 19, Wine Ski Safari, a unique tasting at high altitude of the best wines in South Tyrol Piz Arlara shelters, Bioch, I Tablà and Pralongià.
