Stefano Pilato is a Tuscan artist who lives in Livorno where he has developed the “Artescefresco” project for years, and in his works wants to tell the sea and the inhabitants, using objects that the sea itself returns. Its fish, mostly crustaceans and molluscs, are created by assembling objects (mostly of metal or wood) shaken by stream and the artist collects on the beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast. Today Stefano Pilato inaugurates his exhibition “Pesce fresco, sculture in materiale di recupero” – until June 10th – in Milan, in the location of Kitchen, via de Amicis 45.

During the presentation of the event, appetizers were served for the occasion on KnIndustrie’s “pesce crudo” sets in white, black and beige varieties, combined with cocktails made specially and served in glasses dedicated to the art of mixology: 16 glasses made of different materials and shapes to enhance every single cocktail to match every meal. After 14 years of living as a point of reference for those who live, practice and taste the cooking, Kitchen has just re-opened at the 2017 Fuori Salone 2017 with a new outfit after a short but intense restyling. In collaboration with KnIndustrie, kitchen enthusiasts and gourmet tables find this way in Milan a new emotional space to discover high-end cooking utensils and mise en place. The shop and the kitchen were born on the design of Riccardo Barthel, a historic Florentine reality.
